Job Description • Prepare and assist in setting up an appropriate transport capacity marketing procedure, process and policy • Prepare the Open Season process and provide material assistance in the negotiation, approval and execution process • Prepare Long and Short-Term Transport Contracts and related contracts for negotiation and approval, and provide material assistance in the overall process. • Participate in and manage the economic calculations/sensitivity analysis procedure together with external advisors/stakeholders • Prepare and assist in fixing appropriate tariff methods and calculations • Define and process tariff benchmarks in cooperation with external advisors/stakeholders • Execute/follow up contract management regarding transport- and related contracts and documentation • Coordinate marketing of transport capacity activities with other interested departments and subsidiaries • Keep, follow and execute time-, resource- and cost plan of the project, relating the marketing of transport capacity activity
Skill Required • College or university degree (preferably economics with specialisation in the relevant area) • At least 5 years working experience in similar position • Skilled use of applied procedures and methods • Comprehensive understanding of the organisation’s external and internal relations • Understanding the statutory and regulatory system of the gas market • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Team orientation • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing project environment • “Hands-on” mentality • Fluent in English

Job Description Manage and supervise the entire procurement process at integrated level within the company. Provide the application of effective procurement sources and best practice procurement methods in order to achieve optimal technical content and commercial conditions. Tasks/Responsibilities: • Provide high quality and flexible procurement services besides ensuring comprehensive and professional control of the procurement process • Monitor, analyse and consolidate the procurement demands, including market processes and trends, and assess potential risk factors • Take part in preparation and shaping the procurement strategy and supervise that it is implemented in compliance with the procurement guidelines. Draw up short- and mid-term procurement plan based on procurement spend, expected procurement demands and market information, in conformity with the prevailing corporate and procurement strategy. Keep, follow and execute time-, resource- and cost plan of the project, relating the procurement activity. • Manage liaison with the organisational units. Supervise the supplier prequalification, qualification and evaluation processes, monitor the outputs of internal satisfaction surveys. Prepare proposal on the selection of strategic partners and supplier efficiency improvement actions. • Manage tendering-, evaluation- and selection processes. Responsible for the outstanding quality and fair conduct of tendering and selection processes. • Manage contract conclusion processes, chair contractual negotiations. Work closely with and manage external legal advisors in drafting procurement contracts and related documentation, including procurement-related agreements between the companies. • Monitor performance and delivery of contracts and co-ordinate the complaint handling process. • Coordinate procurement activities with other departments and subsidiaries.
