Job Description

 

Enforce policies and operating procedures at regional Finance function and at the business units

 

•Provide support to Sales organization as required including for example: Collection, Sales processes, regional KPIs

 

Monitor  the Budgeting and Forecasting in a regional/local level

 

Cash flow management, Inventory – accounting aspects and Local taxation

 

Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, operational data and previous periods.

 

Complete final review of all financial reports prepared by the regional entities.

 

Sign-off of the quality, consistency, accuracy and timeliness of each region’s entity’s Reporting Package.

 

Review and ensure that monthly/quarterly financial statements are prepared accurately and within corporate and US GAAP reporting standards

 

Investigate and prepare memoranda supporting technical accounting conclusions for significant transactions and accounting matters

 

Enforce policies and operating procedures at regional Finance function and at the business units

 

Control the work with local internal and external auditors during periodic reviews 

 

Job Qualifications

 

Bachelor degree in Finance or accounting, CPA – mandatory, MBA – an advantage.

 

Minimum of 10 years of relevant progressive experience

 

Thorough knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting

 

Proven managerial experience, Strong organizational, leadership and project-management skills

 

Excellent financial, quantitative, and analytical skills; Ability to understand and summarize highly complex deal structures.

 

Ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives.

Job Description
Our client is a leading European oil & gas company looking for Stimulation Engineers to be based in Central Europe. You must have a minimum of 5yrs oilfield experience with petroleum/mining/chemical engineering or geologist degree and fluent English. Positions offer relocation and other expat benefits.
 
You will ensure the well stimulation expertise that is required for the well operations of the company. The company will provide relocation and other expat benefits.
 
 
Responsibilities:
Collect, evaluate and analyze well data
Select candidate wells, reservoirs for stimulation or stimulation study
Prepare preliminary stimulation studies for decision making
Work out stimulation conceptions, designs and programs; specify the key design requirements to the stimulation service company; review, evaluate, negotiate and approve stimulation  programs and recipes prepared by service companies
Participate in relevant tendering processes (prepare technical work scope, technically evaluate bids)
Monitor stimulation operations at the well site and provide technical consulting to support decision making during execution; provide quality control to the operations and evaluate the operations pointing out lessons learned

Job Description
The AGI team is responsible for all type of stations required for the project (Compressor stations, metering stations, block valve stations, etc.), developing a uniform project design and ensuring the uniform implementation over all project sections and countries.
 
Manage the Above Ground Installations team of the companies technical department and report directly the to Head of the Department
Representing the company in front of third parties (e.g. contractors, competent authorities, etc.)
Facilitating efficient design solutions considering technical, commercial and environmental aspects and preparation of reports and recommendations for final decision making of the management
Interface management with contractors assigned for AGI related services, including design approvals, work acceptance, progress monitoring, etc.
Supervise the quality of the design engineering activities related to AGI discipline.

Job Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of specific industry experience, especially compressor stations, in the design and construction phase. The role requires both sound technical and leadership skills. Familiar with MS Office applications and industry specific design and modeling software
Experienced with AGI related International and/or European Standards (of latest edition).
Fluent English.
