Job Qualifications

 

Bachelor degree in Finance or accounting, CPA – mandatory, MBA – an advantage.

A typical city spends up to 40% of its electricity budget on public lighting and an electricity budget can comprise between 30-35% of a municipality’s entire budget because of the following inefficiencies:
Streetlights staying on or burning during daylight hours

Manage a very intensive qualifying testing program (“tipo” testing) of vehicles. An Engineer from the HQ will manage the operations.

Tasks
• Startup and supervision of the Warranty and Maintenance Centre. Meeting the contractual objectives and the internal objectives of the project. Define the different activities and identify the main objectives to guarantee the correct operation, the reliability, the maintenance, and the availability of the trains. • Manage and prepare all the resources needed for the correct fulfilment of the guarantee. Organisation of all rolling stock maintenance activities as well as maintenance of depot equipment. Overview of materials purchasing, quality control, reliability and availability performance, depot safety.
• Technical and economic supervision of the trains and of the Maintenance Centre. Analysis of service breakdowns and incidents. Creation of technical documentation (Warranty Reports).
• Leading a team to commission the rolling stock maintenance depot. Manage and organize the technicians and the personal under him/her.
• Intermediary between the client and the organisation. Contact with the Client: Represent the guarantee of the vehicles of the company to the customer. Contact with the Organization (Headquarters): They will report to the International External Services manager and they will remain in contact with the Project’s Engineering, Quality and Management teams.
